Mr. Tage Teilmann Skov founded the business in 1952 to serve the real estate needs of Guelph and surrounding areas. He was actively involved in the company both as a real estate broker and as a land developer. After his passing in 1992, his manager, Jim Dicicco, took over the company. In 1995, Patrick Hanlon and Sylvia Bhend, both long term employees, purchased the company. The company is now owned by Patrick Hanlon, Broker of Record. Through all the years and changes, the integrity of T.T. Skov Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage, has remained constant. We pride ourselves on our commitment to giving good, old fashioned, and honest service. We enjoy the luxury of repeat business and referrals from our satisfied clients.
